All designs on
www.vickytrainor.co.uk are the sole property of Vicky Trainor and are covered by
copyright. Each product will have the full logo, item description, web site
address and final samples will have the name of the bride and groom printed on
the reverse of the stationery. Due to the size of the place cards the web
address will only be printed. Designs may not be re-produced in any way without
written permission of Vicky Trainor. Any breach of copyright will be pursued. It
is the clients responsibility to obtain permission for the use of hymns, poems,
lyrics and other literature used. Please contact Vicky if you would like
to discuss the use of the design work for Licensing purposes. Please note
that the License has already been contracted for greetings cards, canvas and
All of the designs have been
developed from drawings and then digitally produced and finished by hand.
Therefore there may be slight variations on production.
Your first sample pack is
'free' this will include an invitation and place card from one collection only.
If you are interested in two colours then let me know and I can construct the
pack to highlight the chosen colours. If you require more than one sample pack
(because you would like to see more than one design) then a charge of £5.00 per
pack will be made. If you require a slight change in colour a charge of
£10.00 is required to produce a sample pack. I will need to receive a colour
swatch to work from, this could be a piece of fabric, ribbon, magazine cutting
etc. Please note that at busy times of the year it may take up to 4 weeks for
you to receive a sample. If you are in a hurry and canít wait then please let me
know at the time of ordering your sample pack. The charge for all samples is
refundable against a final order over £250.00. Please pay for sample packs either by sending
a cheque made payable to Vicky Trainor, bank transfer, or via PayPal. Please state payment preference when e-mailing
your request for a sample pack(s) and instructions on how to pay will be
included in a confirmation e-mail.
Prices are subject to change
without notice. However, the pricing of all products is reviewed on a 6 monthly
basis. Once your order has been confirmed and a deposit paid the prices of the
products for your order are secured. Click on the 'Prices' tab above to go
to the price list.
All products are typeset to
your specification and a final sample of all your requested stationery will be
forwarded to you. If any alterations are required after this point then all
further proofs will be forwarded by email. Please note that you are responsible
for the proof reading of all text at this final stage. All proofing stages are
to be confirmed by completing and signing the proofing form and returning by
post. Orders cannot commence until receipt of this form has been received. I can
produce inserts in any language but I will need the client to provide the
translation as a Microsoft Word document.
All order forms must be
returned by post, I am sorry but I cannot take orders over the telephone. Please
see the ĎPaymentí section below to view your options on paying for your order.
The minimum order is 20 per item. I do not sell in blocks of 5 or 10 as some
companies. If you require, for example, 61 invitations then please mark this on
the order form. You can, after you have received your order, request very small
units if additional invitations are required. Click on the 'Orders' tab
above to go to the order form.
A deposit of 50% is required
with all orders before confirmation of order can be made. If you are ordering
invitations only then the final balance is due before delivery of order. If you
are ordering both invitations and reception stationery then the final balance is
due 4 weeks before you anticipate receiving the final delivery. Deposits are
non-refundable due the purchasing of stock on receipt of your order. If your
order is cancelled any work already completed at the time of cancellation must
be paid for.

Two delivery charges will be
made if reception stationery is required at a later date. Vicky Trainor cannot
be held responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been dispatched. I
will take utmost care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery
methods are used. Delivery from receipt of orders is usually within 4-8 weeks.
Alternative delivery times can be made, please discuss on application.
