

Obviously, it is important
that you view a sample before placing an order. You may find that there is a
design within this site that is perfect for your wedding and all you need to do
is view that sample. Your first sample pack is 'free' this will
include an invitation and place card from one collection only. If you are interested in two colours then
let me know and I can construct the pack to highlight the chosen colours. If you
require more than one sample pack (because you would like to see more than one
design) then a charge of £4.00 per pack will be made. If you require a slight change in colour a charge of £10.00 is
required to produce a sample pack. I will need to receive a colour swatch to
work from, this could be a piece of fabric, ribbon, magazine cutting etc. Please
note that at busy times of the year it may take up to 4 weeks for you to receive
a sample. If you are in a hurry and can’t wait then please let me know at the
time of ordering your sample pack. The charge for all samples is refundable
against a final order. Please pay for sample packs either by sending a cheque made payable to Vicky Trainor,
bank transfer, or via PayPal. Please state payment preference when e-mailing
your request for a sample pack(s) and instructions on how to pay will be
included in a confirmation e-mail.

I always advise that you
order your stationery 4-5 months before your wedding. This allows 4-8 weeks for
the sampling and production stage and ensures that you receive your stationery
at least 3 months before the wedding date. If your wedding falls at a particular
busy time of year within the ‘working world’ i.e. peak summer season or
Christmas then you may want to send out your invitations earlier or
alternatively send ‘save the date’ cards. This will ensure that your guests have
enough notice to book required time away from work or accommodation if required.

All prices are available by
clicking on the 'Price List' tab to go to the price list. If you require
your guests names to be typed into each invitation insert then please add an
additional 30p to the cost of each invitation. The guest names are already
included in the place name price. Escort cards are £1.00 single sided or £1.30
double sided. If you would like them with a ribbon tie or as a tag then the
price for single
sided is £1.50 and double sided is £1.80.
You can download the fonts
list by clicking on the 'Fonts' tab above. You may wish to select two fonts and
have a plainer text for the main information and highlight the venue, guests
names etc using a fancier font. Let me know your ideas!

Once you have decided on the
design and colour then you can download an order form from this site by clicking
on the 'Placing an Order' tab above. If you have already received a sample
then I would have sent you the ordering forms together. If you have problems
downloading any of the forms then please telephone and I shall be happy to send
you the ordering forms. You will notice on the order form that there are three
payment options, ‘Cheque Enclosed’, ‘Paypal’ or ‘Bank Transfer’ simply tick the
one you would like to use and make the preferred method of payment and return
the order forms and original sample to me by post. Please remember to sign and
date the order form directly under ‘I have read and agree to the terms and
conditions’. I am afraid I cannot accept unsigned order forms and if your
signature is not present then the form will be returned to you. A deposit of 50%
is required initially. If you are only ordering invitations, save the date and rsvp's then the final balance is due before the
final delivery of your order. If you are
ordering both the above and reception stationery together then the final 50% is
due 4 weeks before you wish to receive the order.

You will also need to
complete an information sheet which is attached to the order form. Click
on the 'Information Sheet' tab above to take you to the order form. This
information will provide me with the wording for your invitations. It is
preferred that the information for the order of service, menu and guest names
for the invitations and place names is sent via email or saved to disc as an
attached Microsoft Word or Excel document. A final proof for all products
ordered will be forwarded to you (except seating plans). Once the proof has been
checked by yourself you will need to sign the approval form and return by post.
Once I have confirmation then your order will be processed and dispatched to you
by registered post. If any further proofing/alterations are required after you
have received the final samples then these will be forwarded to you via email.
Please note that the time taken to confirm the proofs may delay your delivery
time of your order. I tend to allow 7-10 days for you to confirm proofing to fit
in with the 4-8 weeks delivery time from receipt of your order form.

Please note that it is always
important that you check every proof carefully to ensure there are no mistakes.
Check that all your information is correct, people’s names, spelling and
punctuation, dates, times and venue, rsvp date and address. It is advisable that
you also get some one else to check them for you! If mistakes are noticed or
alterations required after the proof form has been signed and returned then an
extra cost may be incurred if the order has already gone into production.

stationery such as 20 invitations, place cards only or menu

If you are unsure as to
which delivery charge to put down on the order form then it is best to opt for
the £7.00 charge. The final delivery charge will be placed on the final invoice.
If you are requiring two separate deliveries, for example, invitations and
reception stationery then please add two delivery charges to your order. All
orders are delivered on a week day, therefore, you may wish to place an
alternative delivery address in the space provided on the order form, such as a
relative or your works address. Delivery can be made on a Saturday but this will
incur an additional charge of £20.00. Once you have received your order I do
appreciate a quick email to say that all has arrived safely. I have never
experienced any orders being lost or damaged but if this occurs I must be
notified within 48 hours from the registered delivery date. |
